📅 Booking & Payment
A.A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
Remaining balance is due immediately after the session.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay.
Fill out a booking form to book.
All sales are final.
⏰ Session Timing
A.Please arrive early so we can make the most of your time
Sessions are booked in strict time blocks (ex: 2:00–3:30 PM)
Sessions end exactly at the scheduled time
⚠️ Late Policy:
$20 late fee after 15 minutes
After 25 minutes, session will be canceled with no refund
👥 Number of People
A.This refers to the number of people being photographed in your session.
Guests are welcome
I recommend 2–4 guests max for outdoor sessions
You may bring whoever you’d like, but keep in mind space and flow
Studio sessions: maximum 2 people being photographed (including client)
⚠️ Additional people being photographed not listed at booking may result in added fees or adjustments.
👗 Outfits & Styling
A.Multiple outfit changes allowed within your session time
Recommended:
1 hour → 1–2 outfits
2 hours → up to 3 outfits
Wear what makes you feel confident, solid colors and minimal graphics photograph best.
📍 Location & Travel
A.I am based in central Ohio! I'm more than happy to travel to your desired locations outside of central Ohio. Please note that a small travel fee will be applied.
If you would prefer to use a credit card, there is a small additional processing fee of 4%.
🌦 Weather Policy
A.If weather conditions are not ideal, we can either reschedule your session
or adjust location if possible!
📸 Studio Sessions
A.Studio sessions include 5–10 minutes setup and teardown time
Sessions still run strictly within booked time blocks
Studio props note: confetti, champagne, and similar materials are not allowed in most indoor studio spaces
A maximum of 2 additional people may accompany you who are not being photographed

💡 Tips for a Great Photoshoot
A.To get the best results from your session:
Arrive fully ready and dressed at your scheduled time
Look up poses or inspiration beforehand (Pinterest is great)
Book makeup, hair and other services hours before your session
Be ready to start shooting immediately upon arrival
